- Operate as the General Manager for a digital capability, taking ideas from concept through validation while building the business case, driving core metrics, creating best-in-class customer experiences, and enabling the cross-functional execution needed to scale.
- Prioritize investments based on customer impact and business value, measuring success through adoption, engagement, retention, incremental and attributable GMV, and improvements in customer convenience.

- Proven experience defining bold customer visions and transforming them into scalable digital products, businesses, or customer experiences, ideally within high-frequency, replenishment, grocery, household, or convenience-oriented shopping journeys.

- A strong understanding of digital commerce, consumer behavior, AI, personalization, predictive technologies, and emerging shopping models, with the curiosity to continuously explore what’s next.
- Strong business and operational acumen, with the ability to connect customer experience innovation to fulfillment capabilities, economics, adoption, retention, and measurable business growth.
- Exceptional cross-functional leadership with the ability to influence senior executives and align diverse teams across business, product, technology, merchandising, supply chain, and operations around a shared customer vision.
- A customer-first mindset with a passion for eliminating friction and creating intelligent, convenient experiences that make routine shopping easier, faster, and more reliable.
