How do I cancel my Pro membership?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. Access continues until the end of your billing period. Email us if you need help.
How do I report a ghost job or inaccurate listing?
Email us at hello@landthatrole.ca with the job title and company. We investigate and remove listings that no longer meet ATS-verification standards within 24 hours.
Can my company post jobs on LANDTHATROLE?
LANDTHATROLE aggregates listings directly from your ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.). If your company uses a supported ATS and has active job postings, your listings may already appear. Email us to confirm or get listed faster.
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link. When a friend signs up and purchases a Pro membership, you receive 2 months of Pro free — automatically credited within 7 business days once their subscription is active for 30 days.
