Senior Business Systems Analyst – Banking Servicing Platforms & AI Enablement

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst with strong experience in agent-facing servicing applications and core banking system integrations. The role focuses on defining requirements for internal platforms used by customer service and operations agents, ensuring seamless integration with backend banking systems. The role also offers opportunities to identify and support AI-enabled capabilities that improve servicing efficiency, fraud detection, and operational automation.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform business analysis for payment processing platforms (ACH, Wire, Zelle/RTP, Card) 

• Work with business stakeholders, product owners, and technology teams to gather and document requirements 

• Leverage domain expertise in Payments (ACH, Wire, Zelle/RTP, Card) to design and enhance banking solutions 

• Translate business needs into user stories, epics, functional specs, and acceptance criteria 

• Analyze existing payment workflows, identify gaps, and recommend process/system improvements 

• Support regulatory and compliance requirements tied to payment processing 

• Develop reports and dashboards supporting payment operations and compliance reporting 

• Design and enhance data pipelines to support payment reporting needs 

• Collaborate with engineering and data teams to resolve data quality issues and defects 

• Support Agile delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, requirement clarification, UAT 

Requirements: 

• Strong background in business analysis within banking/payments 

• Domain knowledge of payment rails (ACH, Wire, Zelle/RTP, Card) preferred 

• Experience translating business requirements into technical specifications 

• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices 

Minimum Compensation: USD 38,000
Maximum Compensation: USD 133,000
Compensation is based on actual experience and qualifications of the candidate. The above is a reasonable and a good faith estimate for the role.
