SAP HCM Project Coordinator / Trainer

SAPSOL Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Trainer to train and mentor candidates enrolled in our SAP Training Program and Project-based Advanced Placement (PAP) simulated project program.

Our programs support freshers, SAP-trained professionals, and candidates returning after a career gap by helping them strengthen their SAP HCM knowledge and gain practical exposure.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate SAP HCM training and simulated project activities, including schedules, assignments, milestones, and deliverables.
• Assess participants’ learning needs and provide tailored guidance, particularly for candidates returning after a career break.
• Deliver online weekend training sessions, practical workshops, and system demonstrations.
• Train participants in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll, aligned with the agreed curriculum and project scope.
• Explain HR business processes and guide participants through requirements gathering, process mapping, and hands-on configuration exercises.
• Mentor PAP participants through simulated implementation activities, from requirements analysis to testing and documentation.
• Develop training materials, practical assignments, and reference guides, and help participants prepare project documentation.
• Guide participants in preparing test scenarios and scripts, conducting simulated User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and tracking issues through resolution.
• Review assignments, monitor learning progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Help participants strengthen their SAP HCM knowledge, build confidence, and prepare for technical interviews.
• Collaborate with the program team, functional consultants, and technical teams to coordinate sessions, arrange system access, and resolve training-related issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on SAP HCM implementation or support experience.
• Prior experience in training or mentoring candidates.
• Strong communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• A patient, supportive approach to learners at different experience levels.
• Availability for remote weekend sessions.

Benefits

Compensation: $18 per hour, based on actual training and project coordination hours worked.
Schedule: Part-time, weekends. Session timings and expected hours will be agreed upon before joining.
