Accounts Payable Specialist

Reporting to the Disbursement Manger, this role will be responsible for day-to-day financial transactions including accounts payable, credit card reconciliations and other financial transactions.

Requirements

• Five years prior accounting experience required. 
• Mindset to track down information, take initiative and mindful of deadlines.
• Organization skills and ability to prioritize.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential
• Excellent attention to detail

Preferred skills:

• Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems and familiarity with Excel helpful
• Accounting degree preferred
