As a Senior Systems and Infrastructure Engineer specializing in Information Security, you will design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements. This role involves developing modular system architectures, automating workflows, managing disaster recovery plans, and ensuring compliance with security standards. You will collaborate across teams to optimize resource utilization, address infrastructure performance, and resolve complex issues. About the team:
The Workforce Identity Lifecycle Management (WILM) team oversees the full lifecycle of workforce identities, ensuring precise account provisioning, updates, and deactivation. They deliver automated identity services integrated with HR systems and platforms such as Active Directory and cloud environments. Focused on identity synchronization, automation, and governance, the team enhances data accuracy, reduces manual efforts, and maintains secure, compliant identity operations. Their work ensures consistent identity data enterprise-wide, supports essential access management, and drives ongoing improvements in identity security and operational efficiency.
What you'll do:

• Design and implement scalable, secure infrastructure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Develop detailed system designs from high-level architecture, ensuring modularity and extensibility.
• Automate infrastructure deployment and maintenance using scripting and configuration management tools.
• Conduct risk and compliance reviews to uphold security standards and frameworks.
• Perform routine infrastructure maintenance, including backups, patch management, and performance monitoring.
• Collaborate on capacity planning to optimize resource utilization and support future growth.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure issues, providing effective solutions and escalation as needed.
• Support coding and automation efforts to enhance continuous integration and delivery processes.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in infrastructure security, systems architecture, and scalability design for distributed systems.
• Proficiency in automation tools and scripting languages such as Python to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of configuration management, disaster recovery planning, and capacity management to ensure system reliability.
• Expertise in identity and access management, incident response, and security risk and compliance frameworks.
• Ability to develop modular, extensible designs aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and telemetry implementation for secure, maintainable code.
• Proven skills in evaluating trade-offs and resolving complex infrastructure issues independently.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
