What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain product roadmaps aligned with business strategies and customer needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product vision and execution.
• Utilize data-driven insights to prioritize features, optimize product performance, and inform decision-making.
• Lead agile product development processes, including backlog management and MVP delivery.
• Identify improvement opportunities through customer journey mapping and process optimization.
• Communicate product strategy, goals, and progress effectively across teams.
• Support technology design discussions and ensure alignment with product architecture and market trends.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in product strategy development and execution, including roadmap creation and prioritization.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build alignment and influence cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in data-driven decision making, utilizing analytics to guide product enhancements and measure success.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and product development lifecycles, including MVP creation and iterative optimization.
• Ability to communicate complex product visions clearly to audiences and drive consensus.
• Knowledge of customer journey mapping, process optimization, and delivering customer-centric solutions.
• Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 5 years’ experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.
Option 2: 7 years’ experience in product management or related experience at a technology and data-driven company focused on building products with new and emerging technologies.

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or related area and 4 years’ experience in back-end platform or highly complex B2B/C products or experience in roles requiring data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills (including deep knowledge of Excel, SQL, or statistics), We value candidates with a background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
