What you'll do:

• Lead the development, assessment, and validation of advanced analytical models, ensuring accuracy, robustness, and alignment with business objectives.
• Guide feature engineering, exploratory data analysis, and application of machine learning techniques to solve complex problems with structured and unstructured data.
• Design and implement data visualization strategies to effectively communicate insights and model outcomes to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable data science solutions.
• Oversee model deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement in production environments.
• Mentor and develop team members, fostering technical expertise and best practices.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data science, machine learning, and advanced statistical modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Plotly, Tableau, or PowerBI.
• Strong knowledge of model assessment, validation, and tuning methods to ensure accuracy and robustness.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable data science solutions aligned with strategic goals.
• Expertise in exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and deployment of scalable models in production environments.
• Proven leadership skills in mentoring and guiding teams on advanced analytics and modeling best practices.
• Effective communication skills to present insights and influence stakeholders using data-driven storytelling.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Option 3: 7 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
