The Global Governance Tech team delivers advanced Ethics and Compliance solutions supporting supply chain initiatives through agile, cloud-native development. The team prioritizes innovation, quality, and scalable software aligned with business goals. Members collaborate to design, develop, and maintain solutions across in-store, mobile, and web platforms. With strong technical expertise, ownership, and problem-solving focus, the team operates in a dynamic environment that encourages continuous learning and collaboration. This approach drives impactful results that enhance customer and business outcomes while ensuring maintainable, high-quality software solutions.
What you'll do:

• Own scoped feature and model delivery through collaboration with engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
• Develop, test, and maintain software components using languages such as JavaScript, Python, and C++, applying object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding.
• Integrate AI and ML components to enhance software intelligence and leverage generative AI tools to improve development efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews, debugging, and defect management to maintain high-quality software standards.
• Participate in solution design, evaluating trade-offs and ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor application performance and support continuous integration and deployment processes.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through iterative and incremental development.
• Experience integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance software solutions.

Sunnyvale, California US-11789: The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
