About the team:
The Adtech QE and Tools team develops and maintains robust test frameworks supporting applications for 1P Sellers and 3P Suppliers. They build reusable code to manage deployment, monitoring, performance, scalability, security, and alerting across test and production environments. Utilizing cloud-native architecture and model-driven design, the team delivers scalable, reliable solutions aligned with platform evolution. Collaborating across functions, members drive technical excellence, continuous improvement, and uphold quality standards, enabling efficient software development lifecycles and supporting Walmart’s commitment to innovation and operational success.

What you'll do:

• Lead delivery of scoped features and models through collaborative engineering teams, ensuring alignment with platform and system objectives.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code across multiple languages, driving full software development lifecycle including CI/CD and automated testing.
• Integrate AI/ML components and leverage GenAI tools to enhance software capabilities and development efficiency.
• Participate in solution design, conduct code reviews, and apply best practices for scalable, secure, and maintainable systems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor application performance, support defect management, and ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Mentor peers, promote continuous improvement, and contribute to engineering excellence and innovation.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in object-oriented programming and documentation-based coding practices.
• Strong technical acumen with experience in code review, debugging, and continuous development.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver scoped features or models through collaborative engineering teams.
• Proficiency in integrating AI/ML components and leveraging generative AI tools to enhance development.
• Experience managing full software development lifecycle including CI/CD, automated testing, and monitoring.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Commitment to continuous improvement, innovation, and technical ownership.

The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00 - $234,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
