What you'll do:

• Identify and source relevant data from multiple business domains, ensuring data quality and suitability for analysis.
• Develop, test, and deploy advanced analytical models using machine learning and statistical techniques to solve complex business problems.
• Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering to enhance model accuracy and business insights.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with strategic objectives.
• Create clear, impactful data visualizations and presentations to communicate findings and influence decision-making.
• Mentor junior team members on modeling techniques, coding best practices, and data science methodologies.
• Support scalability and sustainability of deployed models through continuous evaluation and optimization.

What you'll bring:

• Extensive experience in data science with strong proficiency in Python and SQL for code development and testing.
• Expertise in machine learning techniques including predictive modeling, model assessment, tuning, and validation.
• Solid knowledge of data visualization tools and best practices to effectively communicate complex data insights.
• Proven ability to identify and source relevant data, ensuring data quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Understanding of model deployment, scalability, and MLOps to support production environments.
• Strong analytical skills to translate business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced statistical methods.
• Experience mentoring junior associates and collaborating cross-functionally to deliver impactful results.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Option 2- Master’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field and 1 years' experience in an analytics related field. Option 3 - 5 years' experience in an analytics or related field.
