The Walmart Oklahoma Plumbing team delivers expert plumbing services across Walmart, Sam’s Club, and third-party sites statewide. Focused on integrity, safety, and customer service, the team manages preventive maintenance, repairs, and complex plumbing challenges while ensuring regulatory compliance. Team members share technical knowledge and collaborate to support continuous improvement through mentorship and guidance. Committed to high-quality standards, the team responds promptly to service needs, maintaining facility functionality and safety efficiently and reliably across multiple locations.
What you'll do:

• Perform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems, facilities, equipment, and fixtures to ensure safety and functionality.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot issues using blueprints, manuals, and appropriate tools.
• Document maintenance activities, repair needs, and capital expense information accurately.
• Manage work orders, maintenance schedules, and coordinate with contractors to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and participate in on-call rotations to support critical facility needs.
• Operate and maintain vehicles and powered equipment following safety protocols and company policies.

What you'll bring:

• Proven experience in performing preventive maintenance and repairs on plumbing systems within facility environments.
• Ability to diagnose issues using blueprints, repair manuals, and parts catalogs accurately.
• Skilled in utilizing hand and power tools, hoists, and related equipment safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of OSHA and EPA regulations to ensure compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Strong documentation skills for maintenance logs, work orders, and repair records.
• Capability to manage work orders, coordinate contractors, and track parts and expenses.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to company policies and standards.

The hourly wage range for this position is $33.00 - $63.00* *The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.

Minimum Qualifications...

2 years’ experience in the plumbing trade.
Licensed Journeyman Plumber or equivalent in good standing in the state of work.
