Description des tâches:
La tâche principale du surveillant d'examen en ligne via Zoom (ou télésurveillant) consistera à assurer l'intégrité de la passation du test de compétence linguistique de français (TCLF) à distance en accueillant les candidats, en vérifiant leur identité et en surveillant leur environnement.
Avant l'examen (Préparation et accueil)
- Vérification technique : S'assurer du bon fonctionnement des plateformes de visioconférence (Zoom) ou de logiciels de télésurveillance.
- Accueil virtuel : Accueillir les étudiants dans une salle d'attente virtuelle avant le début de l'épreuve.
- Contrôle d'identité : Demander à chaque candidat de présenter une pièce d'identité officielle avec photo via sa webcam.
- Inspection de l'environnement : Exiger un panoramique de la pièce par la caméra pour confirmer que l'espace de travail est dégagé et sans documents non autorisés.
Pendant l'examen (Surveillance active)
- Monitorage en direct : Garder un œil sur les flux audio, vidéo et les partages d'écran des candidats tout au long de l'épreuve.
- Gestion des incidents : Intervenir en cas de comportement suspect, de bruit suspect ou de déconnexion technique.
- Assistance limitée : le surveillant n’offre aucune assistance technique, ni d’aide à répondre aux questions d'examen.
Après l'examen (Clôture)
- Rapport d'incidents : Documenter toute tentative de tricherie, de plagiat ou d'anomalie technique dans un rapport destiné aux coordinateurs.
- Clôture de session : Mettre fin aux enregistrements et s'assurer de la bonne transmission des copies numériques.
