Senior HR Systems Analyst

Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We are recruiting for a Senior HR Systems Analyst. This is a full-time in-office role, located in our downtown Winnipeg office. The Senior HR Systems Analyst will play a key role in the design, development, configuration, implementation and optimization of the core human resources systems (Workday HRIS and UKG Timekeeping) in alignment with HR Strategy and business needs.

What you’ll do:

• Act as a strategic liaison to translate business and HR requirements into scalable system solutions
• Drive resolution of escalated issues and implement new functionality and enhancements
• Own full-cycle configuration and support for assigned Workday & UKG modules
• Participate in integration activities for new acquisitions and system releases
• Collaborate with team members and foster Workday/UKG knowledge sharing

What you bring:

• At least 3 years of related experience in HR information and timekeeping systems
• Experience as an HR Systems Specialist or Analyst preferred
• Degree or Diploma in a related field (Business/Commerce, Computer Science, or related)
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and build business processes, workflows, and solutions
• Demonstrated skills in Excel at an advanced level and with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong communication skills for translating technical needs into system requirements
• Experience with third-party integrations, troubleshooting, and configuration
• Experience with Workday and/or UKG Timekeeping would be an asset
