Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Principal Technical Project Manager to lead complex, enterprise-level technical projects for NCR VOYIX Corporation. This role involves overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, control, and closure, ensuring successful delivery of innovative solutions that align with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple concurrent, large-scale technical projects, often involving cross-functional teams and external vendors, from conception to completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with NCR VOYIX’s strategic goals.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, resource allocation, risk management strategies, and communication plans.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, developing contingency plans and escalating as necessary.
• Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring projects are delivered within financial constraints.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership, providing regular updates on project status, progress, and challenges.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in project management, continuously improving processes and methodologies.
• Mentor and coach other project managers and team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Evaluate project performance and outcomes, conducting post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and apply them to future projects.

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• PMP, Agile, or other relevant project management certifications (e.g., SAFe, CSM) highly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and motivate diverse teams.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, work under pressure, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to risk management.
• Experience with project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in the financial services, retail, hospitality, or payment processing industry is a significant plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally as required.
• 5-7 of relevant experience.
