Salary range (but not limited to):

74,800 - 91,400

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

7.5%

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

Nous sommes à la recherche d’une personne passionnée par la qualité logicielle et l’automatisation des essais, possédant une expérience intermédiaire ou avancée. Vous participerez à la conception et à la mise en place d’un cadre d’essais automatisés reposant sur Selenium, Java et TestNG, dans l’environnement Guidewire BillingCenter.

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous:

• Définir des plans de tests, scénarios et scripts en lien avec les nouvelles fonctionnalités développées par l’équipe.

• Développer et exécuter des tests automatisés.
• Conseiller sur l’utilisation de Sélénium.

• Ajouter des fonctionnalités au cadre d’application.

• Conseiller sur les meilleures pratiques de l’industrie.

• Analyser et gérer des problèmes.

• Contribuer à l’évolution de nos pratiques de tests.

• Estimer les efforts de réalisation des tests.

• Travailler en collaboration avec les AQ manuels, développeurs et analystes d’affaires.

• Établir une relation solide avec les équipes de développement et de produits pour comprendre notre produit et toutes ses subtilités.

• Combler les lacunes dans la couverture des tests et ajouter de nouveaux scénarios.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit:

• Minimum de 3 ans d'expérience avec Sélénium et TestNG.
• Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en assurance qualité et automatisation des tests.
• Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience et bonne connaissance des versions modernes de Java (Java 17+) et Spring.
• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada. 
• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Nécessité d'interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays. 

Atouts :

• Expérience avec Cucumber, JMeter et/ou Git.

• Connaissance de JIRA et Confluence.

• Certification ISTQB®

• Connaissance du langage Gosu

• Expérience dans l'intégration de tests automatisés dans un pipeline d’intégration et déploiement continus.

• Expérience du développement en mode Agile.

• Connaissance du domaine de la facturation/perception.

• Expérience avec Guidewire.

• Un joueur d’équipe engagé, ouvert, autonome et motivé par la réussite.

• Habiletés dans l’analyse et la résolution de problème.

• Bonne organisation et esprit de synthèse.
