94,200 - 115,200

Annual bonus target, based on the base salary, with a potential payout of up to double the target (subject to personal and company performance):

Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented above is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

About the role

Nous cherchons un(e) Analyste fonctionnel(le) principal(e) pour notre équipe grandissante du Lab !

Ce que vous accomplirez chez nous :

• Analyser les besoins d’affaires pour définir les solutions TI.
• Animer/participer aux ateliers de spécification des besoins d’affaires pour spécifier les solutions TI.
• Faire des analyses d’impact et des estimations d’efforts pour préconiser, faire approuver, puis documenter la solution TI en utilisant des méthodes efficaces et en interagissant à la fois avec les utilisateurs des domaines d’affaires et l’équipe de projet TI.
• Soutenir le développement des solutions et les analyses techniques effectuées. Vous serez par exemple amené à consulter du code existant ou à documenter les réponses d'interfaces de programmation d'applications (API) tierces. L'équipe est principalement composée de développeurs dorsaux (back-end).
• Soutenir les activités d’assurance qualité et les tests d’acceptation.
• Soutenir le gestionnaire de produit dans la définition et la priorisation du carnet de produit.
• Documenter des récits utilisateurs de manière à ce qu’elles soient comprises par les développeurs et l’équipe d’assurance qualité.
• Identifier et communiquer les impacts sur les processus d’affaires afin de soutenir la gestion du changement dans les unités d’affaires sur un mode de formation des formateurs.
• Construire et maintenir une documentation fonctionnelle et technique, robuste, précise et accessible à tous les intervenants de l’entreprise.

Ce que vous mettrez à profit :

• Baccalauréat dans un domaine connexe, ou toute combinaison de formation et d'expérience équivalente
• Au moins 5 à 7 années d’expérience pertinente
• Expériences de projet en mode Scrum
• Expériences et connaissances dans le domaine d’assurance un plus
• Expériences et connaissance d’applications en environnement web
• Maîtrise de JIRA, CONFLUENCE & DNG
• Maitrise des outils d'intelligence artificielle générique (Github Copilot, Atlassian Rovio, other GPT)
• Bilinguisme (français et anglais) - Nécessité d’interagir sur une base régulière avec des collègues partout au pays.
• Aucune expérience de travail au Canada requise, mais nécessité d’avoir l’autorisation de travailler au Canada
