The Aeroderivative Program Manager will report into the LMS100 Product Management Leader and will be responsible for driving strategic integration of business and Fleet programs. They will own, prioritize, and lead resolution of systemic product quality issues through collaboration, alignment, and execution across the horizontal functions in the Gas Power business.

The Aeroderivative Program Manager will report into the LMS100 Product Management Leader and will be responsible for driving strategic integration of business and new unit re-introduction.  They will own, prioritize, and lead successful product introduction through collaboration, alignment, and execution across the horizontal functions in the Gas Power business.   

Essential Responsibilities  

• Lead and execute all aspects of LMS100 new unit production program, including but not limited to: Program Plan & business alignment, toll gate process, cost control and allocation, business case definition and refinement, engineering, manufacturing & sourcing readiness. 

• Collaborate with the LMS100 Product Line Leader to execute the vision and strategy of the LMS100 platform 

• Accountable for MGPP for the LMS100 platform 

• Own and maintain an updated Approval to Quote for the LMS100 portfolio.  

• Responsible for driving strategic deployment of corrective actions across NPI, New Unit production, shipping (as applicable), and Installation and commissioning. 

• Lead portfolio decisions related to standardization, customization, technology, and product configuration. 

• Lead cross functional teams to maintain product standards, configuration rules, technical documentation, and reference designs. 

• Review customer specifications and identify technical, commercial, and contractual risks. 

• Ensure lessons learned from projects and commissioning activities are incorporated into future product improvements. 

• Collaborate with supply-chain and manufacturing teams to improve sourcing strategies, standardization, lead times, quality, and cost. 

• Own the Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) target for Aeroderivative tied to systemic product quality issues assigned. 

• Drive improvement in processes across NPI Value Streams.  

• Drive NPI toll gate processes for business and fleet improvements for packaging and new unit production. 

• Monitor I&C schedules and cross functionally collaborate to lean processes. 

• Partner with sales, technical sales, and business development teams to develop winning technical and commercial offerings. 

• Implement action plans for long term fixes to address product quality issues.  

• Manage customer communication for product fleet issues 

• Report out on workstreams, successes, and items needing assistance/guidance during product updates and reviews with senior management 

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business-related discipline

• Minimum of 5 years of experience on Gas Turbine Technology or similar industry

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership role within a product line, engineering, services or program/project management.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,000.00 and $223,400.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.
