ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: · Provide Financial Leadership for Acme Cryogenics and its four US manufacturing locations. · Ensure that financial reporting is accurate, timely, well understood, and in accordance with US generally accepted accounting principles (US GAAP) and in compliance with Dover and OPW Accounting policies; · Serve as member of the Acme leadership team and provide financial support and guidance to operational, commercial, and other functional leaders and business partners across multiple sites; · Develop and implement financial strategies for the Acme business unit. Provide vision and leadership to drive both short- and long-range growth while supporting CES and OPW business objectives and key initiatives; · Finance functional and analytical support to business partners on financial reporting and analysis for strategic initiatives, projects, and capital requests. · Support CES Finance Director on reporting, analysis, strategic projects, key initiatives, and other activities as required. · Lead monthly forecast, annual strategic plan, and annual budget processes for the Acme business unit. · Provide strategic financial input and leadership on decision making issues affecting the Acme organization. Analyze operations to identify trends in the business; recommend and implement specific corrective actions when warranted; Work closely with Acme functional and business leaders to develop and lead an effective strategic, business, and human resource planning process; · Prepare capital expenditure proposals for various aspects of the business and monitor the investment performance against the proposal. Ensure effective processes are in place; · Ensure the monthly general ledger, reconciliations and close processes are completed in a timely and quality manner; Prepare financial statements and appropriate detailed analysis of the operations of Acme for management and submission to CES, OPW, and Dover Corp., as well as all periodic reports to government and tax authorities

· Responsible for ensuring business unit has successful documentation, procedures, testing and all internal and external financial audits; maintaining full compliance with all requirements; · Lead and develop Finance and Accounting team members (solid and dotted line).

EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONS: · Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related discipline; · CPA and/or CMA preferred. MBA a plus; · Minimum of 7 years of experience in a manufacturing/industrial company; with at least three years in a leadership role; · Experience creating, developing, and leading a team of direct reports (solid and dotted line). · Demonstrated knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls and financial reporting required; · Track record as an operationally oriented finance leader and business partner, able to drive performance across the organization from a finance leadership purview; · Experience with financial ERP system; · Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement.
