About the role

If you’ve led the finance side of a major ERP go-live and still have opinions about supplier master data, this is the role where you’ll make your mark. As our Director of Finance Enablement, you’ll own the business deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials for the world’s second largest cinema operator. That means making sure supplier payments, tax compliance, inventory, and costing work on day one across multiple countries and hundreds of cinemas, and keep working long after.

This is a highly visible, hands-on leadership role within our global Oracle transformation program. Our system integrator configures Oracle and a program team runs the plan. You make sure Finance, Tax, and Operations are ready to run on it. You’ll partner with Finance, Tax, Supply Chain, Technology, country teams, and third-party providers to shape the future operating model, and the processes you build will outlast the program. This is a full-time role for the life of the rollout, expected to run two to three years.

Applicants must already have permanent work authorization in the United States or United Kingdom.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the business deployment of Oracle Fusion Financials and Supply Chain Management across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Procurement, Inventory, Cost of Goods Sold, and Master Data, owning functional readiness for each area
  • Design practical, scalable global processes, starting with AP policies and supplier and payment-provider readiness, across multiple countries, currencies, entities, and regulatory requirements
  • Drive global process standardization, translating country tax and e-invoicing requirements into operational processes while deciding where legitimate local needs call for an exception
  • Oversee data migration, cleansing, validation, and governance so supplier, customer, item, and financial data arrive clean and stay that way
  • Get suppliers, banks, payment providers, tax platforms, e-invoicing providers, and other third-party partners ready for go-live
  • Lead business testing, data validation and reconciliation, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post-launch stabilization so suppliers get paid, tax compliance holds, and inventory and costing stay accurate
  • Roll up your sleeves to resolve complex cross-functional issues, including inventory and COGS process gaps, affecting finance operations, financial controls, tax compliance, and reporting

Rewards You’ll Love

  • Remote position with the flexibility to work from anywhere in the US or UK
  • 401(k) program with a company match
  • Medical, vision, dental, and other insurance coverage for you and your family
  • Paid Vacation, Sick, and Parental leave
  • 12 Paid Holidays each year and half-day Fridays in the summer months
  • 17 free movie tickets monthly and 50% off most concessions at Regal theatres

You Should Apply If

  • You’ve owned the finance or business side of at least one large-scale Oracle Fusion or comparable ERP transformation from design through go-live and stabilization, personally accountable for functional design, testing, data conversion, reconciliation, and cutover in your area
  • You’ve designed or owned procure-to-pay processes and have working knowledge of Tax, Accounts Receivable, Inventory, Supply Chain, COGS, and master data governance
  • You know financial controls well, including approval workflows, segregation of duties, and audit requirements
  • You’re comfortable moving between an executive review and a reconciliation that won’t tie out
  • You’ve gotten suppliers, banks, payment providers, and tax or invoicing providers ready for a go-live
  • You thrive in environments where success depends on influence, collaboration, and leadership rather than direct people management
  • You can confidently challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and drive decisions that keep programs moving forward
  • You have Oracle Fusion experience, and/or tax engine or e-invoicing exposure, and a background in cinema, hospitality, retail, food service, or similar enterprise enviornments
  • You are authorized to work in either the United States or United Kingdom without current or future visa sponsorship
