Oracle Fusion & Integration Testing Lead

As our Oracle Fusion & Integration Testing Lead, you'll own the testing strategy for one of the most significant technology transformations in our company's history. You'll be responsible for ensuring that Oracle Fusion and the systems connected to it work together as intended, validating complex business processes before they reach production and helping the business launch with confidence. 

This is a highly visible role that partners closely with Finance, HR, Procurement, Technology, business stakeholders, and our implementation partners across multiple countries. What You’ll Do 

• Lead the end-to-end testing strategy for our global Oracle Fusion implementation, establishing testing standards, governance, and success criteria 

• Drive System Integration Testing (SIT) across Oracle modules, integrations, workflows, security roles, reporting, and third-party applications 

• Partner with business teams to plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring critical business processes are thoroughly validated 

• Manage testing defects from discovery through resolution, facilitating triage discussions and helping teams focus on the issues that matter most 

• Validate complex end-to-end processes spanning Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, HR, Payroll, data conversions, and reporting 

• Coordinate testing readiness across internal teams, implementation partners, and external vendors to keep the implementation moving forward 

• Build a sustainable testing capability, including regression testing, release validation, and opportunities to increase test automation over time

 You Should Apply If 

• You've led testing efforts for a large-scale Oracle Fusion, ERP, or enterprise system implementation 

• You have experience coordinating System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and go-live readiness activities 

• You understand how business processes flow across multiple systems and can identify risks before they become production issues 

• You're comfortable working with Finance, HR, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology, and implementation partners to drive alignment and results 

• You know how to balance strategic planning with hands-on problem solving when programs encounter roadblocks 

• You bring structure, organization, and accountability to complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities 

• You are authorized to work in either the United States or United Kingdom without current or future visa sponsorship
