About the role

See the data. Understand the business. Build a better solution.

The Right of Way Division is looking for a Data Analyst who is both technically capable and customer focused. Our Data & Business Analytics team has a strong foundation in dashboards and reporting, and we’re looking to expand that capability into data quality, advanced analysis, automation, and emerging technologies. In this role, you’ll work with customers and subject-matter experts to understand their needs and business processes, analyze the data behind those processes, and help determine the best solution, whether that is a dashboard or report, a data-quality improvement, an automated workflow, or another technology solution. We’re looking for someone who is curious, comfortable asking questions and working through ambiguity, and able to turn both data and business needs into practical solutions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience working with data and visualization tools, and an interest in expanding their capabilities in areas such as SQL, data quality, automation, Power Platform, and emerging AI technologies. Just as important, they should be able to communicate technical information clearly and collaborate effectively with both technical and nontechnical partners, and lead large, complex data and technology projects by coordinating stakeholders, defining solutions, and driving work through implementation.

In ROW, we foster a culture grounded in Respect, Honesty, Transparency, Trust, Kindness, Accountability, and Unity. We seek candidates who embody these values and contribute positively to our mission and community.
