Role: Oracle My SQL Database Architect

Duration: Long Term

Job Summary:
Looking for a hands-on Oracle MySQL Database Architect with strong experience in database architecture, performance tuning, high availability, and production database environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement scalable MySQL database architectures.
• Provide hands-on expertise in MySQL installation, configuration, upgrades, and migrations.
• Perform database performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Design and manage HA, replication, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.
• Work with development and infrastructure teams on database design and best practices.
• Monitor database health, capacity, security, and availability.
• Troubleshoot complex production database issues.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience with MySQL Database Administration/Architecture.
• Strong hands-on experience with MySQL, SQL, indexing, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Experience with MySQL Replication, InnoDB, HA/DR, backup & recovery.
• Experience with database migration and upgrade projects.
• Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS/Azure is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
