Must-Have Skills

1. IBM z/OS / MVS Systems Programming – strong hands-on experience
2. SMP/E – software installation, maintenance, upgrades, and support
3. Mainframe software installation and administration
4. JCL and ISPF/TSO
5. VTAM and TCP/IP
6. IBM Connect
7. CA Session Manager and CA Spool
8. Mainframe systems infrastructure, architecture, and design
9. BMC AMI tools such as AMI OPS Automation, AMI OPS Monitors, or AMI Output Management
10. Technical leadership, project/program management, and stakeholder communication.
