Senior AI Consultant Specialist

What you’ll bring 
You bring the ability to independently lead teams and manage customer relationships while delivering complex AI and machine learning initiatives, resolving critical customer challenges, and improving operations at scale. You communicate clearly with technical and business stakeholders, design and implement advanced machine learning and agentic AI solutions, apply AI ethics and governance principles, and provide technical leadership to ensure system performance, security, and scalability. 

What you’ll build 
You evaluate Business AI trends and best practices, develop deep expertise in internal AI and Business Technology Platform (BTP) systems, and identify strategic opportunities to integrate AI and data analytics. Working across engineering teams and customer stakeholders, you lead requirements planning and convert complex business problems into effective technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience delivering technical solutions and leading technical teams across design, architecture, and implementation. 

• Proven experience developing, deploying, and optimizing machine learning, AI, or data science solutions in production environments. 

• Advanced proficiency with machine learning and AI tools, frameworks, and programming languages, such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and related cloud or MLOps technologies. 

• Demonstrated experience applying recent AI research, generative AI, LLM, and agentic AI capabilities to complex real-world problems and measurable business outcomes. 

• Strong understanding of responsible AI, security, governance, and ethical considerations for enterprise AI solutions. 

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science or a related field. 

• SAP experience and AI certifications preferred

• Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance. 

Travel 

• Up to 75% travel

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will fall within that range and will depend on factors such as education, skills, experience, location, and scope of the role, as determined through the selection process.
