Technical Recruiter – Sales Engineering / Solutions Engineering (Contract)

Job Description

About the role
We’re looking for an experienced technical recruiter for a fast-growing tech client. You’ll hire Sales Engineers and Solutions Engineers who sit between product and sales: technical people who can demo, scope solutions and win deals.

What you’ll do

• Run full-cycle recruiting for Sales Engineering and Solutions Engineering roles, from intake to offer
• Source passive candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, and write outreach that gets technical people to reply
• Screen for technical depth and customer-facing skills
• Work with hiring managers and sales leaders on calibration, interview loops and feedback
• Keep the pipeline moving in the ATS and report on progress each week

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of recruiting, including hiring Sales Engineers, Solutions Engineers, Solutions Architects or other technical pre-sales roles
• A technical recruiting background (you started in tech recruiting and moved into GTM/sales hiring, or the reverse)
• Enough comfort with SaaS, APIs, integrations and cloud technology to assess candidates
• Experience at a SaaS or tech company, or an agency serving one
• Strong sourcing skills and comfort with a high-volume, fast-moving search

Nice to have

• Experience with Greenhouse or a similar ATS
• Agency or contract recruiting experience
