Job Description

Four-year college degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field; or equivalent working experience.
Three to Five years of experience in supporting IT environment including helpdesk and network infrastructure.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required, including authoring technical documentation to support the IT environment.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal with people in pressured situations.
Strong interpersonal and analytical skills. Must be detailed oriented with good follow-through skills.
Experience with windows, networking, Microsoft Office 365 and administration.
