- Act as a key product and business partner across assigned portfolios or initiatives, working with internal and external stakeholders to define opportunities, build alignment, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and evaluate growth opportunities across acquisition, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, revenue, client value, and portfolio profitability.
- Bring a commercial mindset to product and partnership management by assessing portfolio performance, business cases, financial impacts, client behaviour, partner economics, campaign performance, and profitability levers.
- Contribute to roadmap planning and prioritization by assessing client value, business impact, operational readiness, risk considerations, partner dependencies, delivery capacity, and ability to accelerate meaningful outcomes.
- Use portfolio performance, customer behaviour, market intelligence, and competitive insights to recommend initiatives that strengthen acquisition, engagement, retention, primacy, and profitability.
- Manage and optimize partner relationships by aligning shared priorities, monitoring performance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to create incremental client and business value.
- Partner with Marketing, Digital, Analytics, Operations, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and external partners to support coordinated planning and execution across the client lifecycle.
- Develop business recommendations, briefing materials, performance updates, and decision support for leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Translate strategic priorities into clear business requirements, client experience considerations, operational impacts, governance needs, and implementation plans.
- Champion test-and-learn approaches to improve product performance, campaign effectiveness, client experience, and partner value delivery.
- Apply a growth mindset and transformation lens by embracing new tools, AI-enabled ways of working, experimentation, and continuous improvement to simplify how teams deliver value.
- Help identify obstacles, clarify priorities, escalate issues, and support momentum across teams while balancing speed, quality, trust, and client outcomes.
- Support a client-obsessed culture by ensuring recommendations and decisions consider simplicity, transparency, value, accessibility, inclusion, trust, and ease of use.
- Monitor business results, risks, issues, and trends; escalate insights and recommendations to support continuous improvement and effective governance.
- Contribute to Tangerine’s culture by fostering inclusion, constructive challenge, accountability, and transparent communication during periods of change.
- Support compliance with Tangerine and Scotiabank policies, procedures, risk appetite, regulatory expectations, control requirements, and governance standards.
