  • Drive end-to-end execution across squads, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, and dependencies
  • Lead resolution of complex delivery challenges across systems, partners, and stakeholders
  • Lead the design and optimization of onboarding and servicing journeys to eliminate friction and improve usability
  • Identify and address key pain points through data, feedback, and continuous iteration
  • Ensure solutions deliver measurable improvements in client and Advisor experience
  • Leverage data, research, and industry insights to inform decision-making and prioritization
  • Monitor outcomes and continuously refine the roadmap based on performance, adoption, and business impact
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on priorities, scope, and delivery outcomes
  • Ensure initiatives adhere to risk, compliance, and operational standards
  • Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes effectively to senior leadership
  • Foster a high-performing, client-focused team culture
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to capability development across the organization
  • Challenge the status quo and drive continuous improvement in processes and ways of working

Do you have the skills that will enable you to succeed in this role? – We’d love to work with you if you have:
