Your New Role

• Work as an Electrician with Ellabell, GA 31308 as the main job location, supporting customers throughout the surrounding region

• Serve customer and project sites within the Statesboro, GA area as one of the position’s service areas

• Travel between the main Ellabell location, Statesboro service area, and additional customer or project sites as required

• Perform industrial electrical installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and construction

• Install, maintain, diagnose, and troubleshoot industrial electrical systems, equipment, wiring, circuits, and related components

• Support automation systems, electrical controls, factory integration, plant maintenance, and capital projects as assigned

• Perform electrical work associated with applicable fire alarm and fire protection systems in accordance with project specifications, electrical codes, and safety procedures

• Read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, specifications, and technical documentation

• Use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools safely and effectively

• Identify electrical problems and complete safe, accurate, and code-compliant repairs

• Coordinate with electricians, craftsmen, project managers, engineers, and other project personnel

• Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety, electrical safety, quality, accuracy, and timely project completion

• Represent Automation Systems & Controls, Inc. professionally while working at customer facilities and project sites

• 3+ years of industrial electrical installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting experience required

• Experience performing electrical work involving fire alarm or fire protection systems, including applicable wiring, installation, maintenance, or troubleshooting

• Ability to meet any project-specific fire alarm or fire protection credentials, training, or site requirements applicable to assigned work

• Demonstrated professional skills relevant to industrial electrician work

• Working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, wiring, circuits, controls, and equipment

• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation

• Working knowledge of applicable electrical codes and electrical safety practices

• Ability to safely use electrical testing equipment, hand tools, and power tools

• Travel is required based on customer and project needs

• Ability to report to the main job location in Ellabell, GA 31308 as required

• Ability to serve customer and project sites throughout the Statesboro service area and other assigned locations

• Valid driver’s license

• Ability to work approximately 40 hours per week, with schedule flexibility and overtime based on project requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

• Ability to complete required candidate profile and onboarding documentation
