What's in it for You?

• Annual pay of $70,000 to $90,000 based on experience and qualifications

• Full time, year round employment

• Monday through Friday work schedule

• Typical days start around 7:30 AM and finish between 4:00 PM and 4:30 PM

• Time and a half pay for extended workdays

• No regularly scheduled weekend shifts

Your New Role

• Begin your workday at the company warehouse in the Harahan and Elmwood area before heading to customer locations

• Provide residential HVAC service throughout Metairie, New Orleans, Kenner, Mandeville, and surrounding Greater New Orleans communities

• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC equipment issues and complete maintenance, repairs, and system installations

• Communicate system findings and recommended HVAC solutions clearly to homeowners

• Perform work according to company standards and applicable local codes

• Use company software to document service information, invoices, job photos, and other required records

• Review completed HVAC work to confirm workmanship and proper system operation

• Maintain organized work areas and treat customer homes and property with respect

• Protect company vehicles, equipment, and tools while working in the field

• Recognize situations where an HVAC upgrade or improved equipment could provide meaningful value to the customer

• Provide professional, dependable customer service during every appointment

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Minimum of 3 years of experience diagnosing, servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems

• EPA Certification required

• HVAC State License preferred but not required

• Valid driver's license

• Strong residential HVAC troubleshooting and diagnostic skills

• Comfortable working with software for service records and job documentation

• Ability to lift HVAC equipment and perform work in attics, on rooftops, in crawl spaces, and in similar work environments

• Commitment to safe work practices and applicable code requirements

• Additional HVAC trade certifications are a plus
