Job Description

We are seeking a Senior iOS Developer with strong hands-on experience in native iOS application development. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience with Swift, Objective-C, SwiftUI, iOS frameworks, testing, debugging, and application deployment.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire application lifecycle, including concept, design, development, testing, deployment, release, and support.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable iOS applications.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and troubleshoot/fix application issues.

• Learn, adopt, and contribute ideas for new features and enhancements.

• Coordinate effectively with onsite and offshore teams.

• Work independently while maintaining excellent verbal and written communication.

• Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team goals.

• Work within an Agile development environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in native enterprise iOS application design and development.

• Extensive hands-on experience with Swift, Objective-C, MVC, and MVVM.

• Intermediate-level SwiftUI knowledge and development experience.

• Strong understanding of overall iOS technologies and various iOS frameworks.

• Ability to work as a senior, hands-on iOS developer.

• Experience with iOS testing and debugging.

• Strong understanding of client/server communication, session management, token management, and HTTP protocols.

• Expertise in RESTful API design and integration.

• Experience with Auto Layout, Storyboards, and Navigation including Push, Show, and Pop.

• Experience with JSON/XML parsing and Push Notifications.

• Hands-on experience with Core Data, Core Graphics, and Core Animation.

• Experience working with various iOS SDK releases.

• Knowledge of iOS data encryption and security concepts including SSO and SSL Pinning.

• Proficiency with iOS development tools, particularly the Instruments profiling tool.

• Knowledge of code review best practices, debugging, and iOS application deployment/distribution.

• Experience working with Git.

• Experience with crash log management, monitoring, analysis, and device logging.

• Experience with Unit Testing/XCTest.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience developing data visualization components such as charts and graphs.

• Experience with offline data handling and management.

• Experience building universal applications supporting both iPhones and iPads.

• Experience with proxy/debugging tools such as Charles for analyzing HTTP, HTTPS, and SSL traffic.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
