About the role

Shape the future of the workplace by designing digital experiences that blend hospitality, technology, and operations. As a Product Designer, Vice President in Amenity Services, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how employees and guests experience our workplaces, from the moment they register at reception to how they order lunch or book a conference room. Collaborating closely with product, technology, and operations, you will lead strategically important initiatives that turn everyday workplace moments into seamless, high-satisfaction experiences. Your ability to independently scope and execute research, combined with fluency in AI-accelerated design tools, will ensure our services are not only intuitive and visually compelling but also grounded in evidence and delivered with speed.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and execute design and research strategies for initiatives across dining, pantries, conference centers, and guest registration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs
  • Diagram service flows and product features, design wireframes, and prototype interactions for key physical and digital touchpoints, leading end-to-end design initiatives within a specific amenity domain.
  • Independently scope, design, and execute user research, from framing research questions and selecting methodologies to synthesizing findings
  • Leverage AI tools and technologies, including AI-assisted prototyping to accelerate design iteration, expand concept exploration, and shorten time-to-insight across the product lifecycle

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in user experience design or similar roles
  • Demonstrated ability to create visual representations of user journeys, such as storyboarding, wireframes, and prototypes
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability for design outcomes, and can drive initiatives from ambiguity to execution
  • Ability to independently scope, design, and execute end-to-end user research, including defining research objectives, selecting appropriate methods, recruiting participants, and synthesizing findings into actionable design direction
  • Hands-on experience applying AI tools to accelerate or enhance the design process

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Background in hospitality, workplace experience, or amenity management, with an understanding of how physical services intersect with digital tools
  • Familiarity with data-informed design decision-making, including comfort interpreting analytics or operational data to inform design strategy
