Product Delivery Manager - Identity and Access Management

As a Product Delivery Manager in the Chief Technology Office, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.  You will own the vision, strategy, and prioritization of a portfolio of complex Identity and Access Management (IAM) products in the Privileged Access, Vaulting and Secrets Management domain, delivered across multiple teams. You will translate business and security objectives into a clear product roadmap, balancing competing priorities and investment trade-offs to maximize value and ensure high-quality, on-time outcomes.  Leveraging deep expertise in product management, AI-enabled data analytics and pattern identification, the product development lifecycle and portfolio governance, anchored in Agile principles, you will foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, innovation, and data-led decision-making. You will navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities, manage cross-portfolio dependencies and risks, and influence stakeholders at every level to ensure Privileged Access initiatives align with organizational and IAM strategy. As a recognized subject matter expert and value-delivery champion, you will exercise considerable judgment on complex issues and make impactful decisions that shape the strategic and operational direction of the product area.

Job responsibilities 

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination 
• Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm’s risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements 
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners  
• Work with other Product Owners and Engineering Leads to manage end-to-end product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex PA and VSM products, prioritizing initiatives across multiple teams to ensure alignment with business value, security objectives and IAM strategy
• Manage the product portfolio across its full lifecycle — from discovery and definition through delivery and iteration — incorporating technical design, dependencies and timelines to ensure high-quality outcomes
• Support and enable the team's AI transformation by embedding principles that drive adoption, maturity and uniformity across the portfolio
• Define and continuously refine portfolio priorities, making evidence-based trade-off decisions that optimize value delivery across competing initiatives
• Identify, manage and mitigate cross-portfolio risks and dependencies, proactively addressing roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain delivery momentum
• Collaborate with engineering leads, product managers, product security leads, and business stakeholders to define product scope, objectives and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational and IAM strategy goals
• Use advanced facilitation, communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders at all levels and escalate organizational impediments to leadership
• Leverage portfolio metrics, analytics and market trends to assess performance, inform strategy, drive continuous improvement and establish best practices across the product area

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area 
• Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities 
• Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes 
• Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies  
• Advanced knowledge of product and portfolio management practices — including roadmap development, prioritization frameworks, investment planning, and value measurement — with a proven ability to guide teams through complex, multi-workstream programs
• Advanced knowledge of multiple product development lifecycle stages, methodologies and best practices, enabling effective guidance and support for delivery teams
• Technical fluency sufficient to support complex IAM technology and Cybersecurity products, including the ability to break down business and technical objectives into manageable, well-sequenced workstreams
• Advanced stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish productive working relationships and influence decision-making across cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of managing risks, dependencies and high-performing teams in a fast-paced, technically complex environment

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:

• 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise spanning product management, Agile methodologies and portfolio management of complex technology products in a large organization
• Strong data analytics capabilities with a relentless focus on data-driven continuous improvement
• Proven Program and Portfolio Management expertise with deep experience applying Agile frameworks at scale
• Agentic AI proficiency and experience partnering with technology teams to drive innovation and adoption
• Good understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts and policies.
