Senior Production Support

Lucera Financial Infrastructures is expanding its global support footprint and seeks a seasoned Technical Support Engineer to join our Belfast office. You will provide second‑ and third‑level assistance, drive client onboarding, and collaborate with local and worldwide teams to ensure the reliability and performance of our market‑data and order‑entry solutions used by leading financial institutions.

• Deliver Level 2/3 support for Unix/Linux‑based production systems, troubleshooting incidents and root‑cause analysis.
• Assist with client onboarding, configuration, and integration of market data and order entry services.
• Collaborate with global support teams to share knowledge, coordinate escalations, and improve processes.
• Monitor system health, respond to alerts, and execute timely remediation actions.
• Develop and maintain documentation, run‑books, and knowledge‑base articles.
• Participate in on‑call rotation and provide after‑hours emergency support as required.
• Identify automation opportunities and create scripts to streamline repetitive tasks.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including deployment and release management.

• Minimum 3 years experience in Level 2/3 technical support within financial services.
• Strong proficiency in Unix/Linux environments and command‑line tools.
• Solid understanding of market data, order entry, and related financial concepts.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex issues to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proven analytical and logical problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with client onboarding and support process management.
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of scripting languages (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation.
• Exposure to FIX, ITCH, or other financial messaging protocols is a plus.

Compensation Expectations: $170,000-$180,000 Base Salary
