AI/ML Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI and ML Engineer with extensive experience in machine learning (ML), deep learning (DL), natural language processing (NLP), and generative AI (Gen-AI) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the insurance domain 

Base Compensation Range: 110,000 - 120,000

The posted range is the hiring range for this role — a subset of the broader range available to employees over time — and reflects base salary across our national hiring scale. Final offers are based on several factors, including the candidate's skills and experience, internal pay equity, work location, market conditions for the role, and the specific scope and responsibilities of the position. The top of the range is reserved for candidates who notably exceed the requirements; the lower end applies to those with less experience or fewer preferred qualifications. For positions based in higher-cost zones (e.g., California, New York, New Jersey), actual compensation may exceed the posted range; your recruiter will share specifics during the process.

Key Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement advanced ML and DL models. 

• Apply NLP techniques for OCR-based text extraction, document classification, and document summarization. 

• Work on large language models (LLMs) and Gen-AI projects. 

• Utilize AWS SageMaker and Databricks for model development and deployment. 

• Conduct data pre-processing, exploratory data analysis (EDA), and model evaluation. 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML solutions into business processes. 

Requirements: 

• Proven experience in the insurance domain, specifically in Underwriting and Claims. 

• Proficiency in Python programming. 

• Prior experience with AWS SageMaker and Databricks. 

• Expertise in NLP techniques, including OCR-based text extraction, document classification, and document summarization. 

• Experience with LLMs and Gen-AI projects.
