This payroll clerk position is in Alvin, TX. Candidates must be available to start work immediately. Experience with Track software is a plus.

Previous payroll experience.
Knowledge of Track payroll system.
Knowledge of Billings required.
Research, source documents, and prepare simple accounting reports.
Develop and maintain positive working relationships with job site, co-workers, and project management.
Accounts payable knowledge. For example, matching of invoices, receivers, and purchase orders.
Reply to assigned queries correctly, efficiently and communicates in a timely manner.
Complete special projects as required by manager.
General office skills.
Other duties as assigned.

Must have high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of three years related accounting experience OR college degree with no prior Accounting experience
Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft office products
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (AP Clerk will be required to interact with internal and external customers)
Deadline driven
