Digital CRM Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Test Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of Salesforce applications and integrations. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, API testing, and Agile methodologies.

The role involves validating Salesforce functionality, identifying defects, developing automated test scripts, and collaborating closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applications. Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and custom Salesforce applications. Test Salesforce configurations, workflows, process builders, validation rules, and Apex customizations. Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Provar, Copado Robotic Testing, or similar automation tools. Execute API testing using tools such as Postman, SoapUI, or REST Assured. Validate integrations between Salesforce and external applications. Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar tools. Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and define test strategies. Ensure data integrity and security compliance during testing activities. Prepare test execution reports and provide quality metrics to stakeholders.
