Oracle Fusion Order Management Techno-Functional Consultant Experience: 10+ years of Oracle ERP experience with at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Order Management

Skills & Responsibilities: Strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management, Pricing, and Product Information Management (PIM) End-to-end expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including order creation, pricing, orchestration, fulfilment steps, invoicing, and returns scenarios Lead requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support activities Configure and support Order Management orchestration processes including orchestration flows, orchestration steps, task types, status conditions, processing constraints, pause release, exception handling, and order revision management Design and support Extensible Flex fields configurations to support business-specific data capture requirements Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve order processing and orchestration issues by performing root cause analysis and driving fixes Develop and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, SOAP services, FBDI, and web services Support inbound and outbound integrations with external applications and enterprise systems Develop and maintain reports, analytics, and extracts using BI Publisher, OTBI, SQL, and Oracle Fusion data model Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, technical teams, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions Provide proactive production support, issue management, and continuous improvement recommendations Preferred

Qualifications: Strong experience in complex Order-to-Cash (O2C) environments Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and Oracle Fusion extensibility frameworks including Groovy scripting Exposure to Oracle Cloud AI and Agentic AI capabilities Strong stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills
