Associate Epic Applications Analyst - Hospital Billing

Job Description

Assists with the implementation, maintenance, and support of Epic EHR applications, focusing on basic components of specific modules. Operates under direct guidance, performing basic configuration, testing, and documentation activities, and provides initial troubleshooting. Participates in team discussions and supports collaborative efforts to ensure technical solutions align with fundamental business needs. Focus on learning Epic applications and healthcare IT concepts, contributing to team efforts, and building a foundation for further specialization.

Job Responsibility

1.Assists with the implementation and ongoing support of Epic IT solutions, adhering to standard policies and established procedures for system configuration and testing.
2.Performs basic analysis of workflows and documents straightforward use cases, maintaining accurate and organized records of system configurations, support activities, and operational procedures.  
3.Participates in prescribed testing activities for Epic applications and provides initial troubleshooting support to end-users, escalating complex issues to senior team members. 
4.Engages in continuous learning to expand knowledge of Epic applications and broader healthcare IT concepts, and contributes useful ideas for own work area under supervision. 
5.Participate in team discussions with internal stakeholders, assisting in the analysis of routine use cases and workflows, and applying documented procedures for basic issue resolution.

Job Qualification

1.Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
2. (0-1) years of relevant experience, required.
3.Epic certification, required.
