- Lead the global development of digital experiences in close partnership with Web and Mobile stakeholders.
- Translate the product roadmap into clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria that guide design, development, and testing.
- Communicate the Membership vision, its implications for marketing and content, and the supporting business needs to leaders across the organization.
- Lead product prioritization and development with the scrum team, balancing customer value, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Embody design-thinking in your practice, including empathy and journey mapping, and UX research
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to inform product strategy, experimentation, prioritization, and decision-making.
- Identify emerging trends and competitive best practices, and incorporate relevant insights into the product roadmap and requirements.
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product development.
- Experience leading consumer-facing products and defining a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Solid understanding of digital application architecture, including web and native mobile applications.
- Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting platforms, such as Adobe Analytics.
- Experience with agile product-development methodologies and collaboration tools such as Jira, Rally, Figma, and Mural.
- Positive, resilient, and adaptable mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Highly organized and execution-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to take initiatives from ideation through planning, delivery, and impact measurement.
Passion for creating best-in-class products and customer experiences, grounded in a strong customer-first mindset.
