Senior Manager, AI Transformation, Quality Engineering & Delivery Excellence

Job Summary

We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to drive AI transformation, Quality Engineering, and delivery excellence across complex enterprise environments. This role will provide strategic leadership for large-scale technology transformation programs, global delivery operations, and multimillion-dollar portfolios.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise technology transformation programs focused on AI adoption, Quality Engineering, Agile delivery, DevOps, and operational excellence.
• Provide strategic oversight for multimillion-dollar portfolios and global delivery teams.
• Develop and execute enterprise Quality Engineering, test management, and test automation strategies.
• Drive the adoption and governance of AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI solutions.
• Lead Agile and SAFe-based delivery transformation across complex programs.
• Advance DevOps and CI/CD transformation initiatives to improve delivery effectiveness.
• Establish executive governance frameworks, performance indicators, and reporting mechanisms.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across enterprise programs.
• Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, vendors, and delivery partners.
• Promote innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational change.
• Coach and develop high-performing teams while strengthening leadership capabilities across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 20 or more years of progressive experience in IT leadership, program delivery, and enterprise transformation.
• Proven success leading large-scale technology transformation programs.
• Extensive experience managing multimillion-dollar portfolios and global delivery teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in Quality Engineering, test management, Agile delivery, DevOps, and digital transformation.
• Experience implementing AI, Generative AI, or Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong portfolio and program management capabilities.
• Experience developing and executing enterprise test automation strategies.
• Strong executive governance, KPI management, stakeholder management, and vendor management experience.

Pay Transparency Laws in some locations require disclosure of compensation and/or benefits-related information.  For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $142,450 - $180,000.
