  • Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, and external systems, including third-party content providers and learning content standards such as SCORM and xAPI;

  • Develop functional specifications for reports, dashboards, and integrations, including OTBI and BI Publisher reporting on learning completions and compliance;

  • Coordinate with and guide technical teams, offshore resources, and cross-functional partners, and mentor consultants on the learning workstream;

  • Support client training, knowledge transfer, and go-live readiness for learners and administrators, while owning workstream timelines, deliverables, risks, and status communications to the project team and client leadership.

Keys to your success

  • Experience leading 3+ end-to-end Oracle Cloud Learning implementations, including quarterly patch cycles and regression testing;

  • Hands-on experience configuring the learning catalog, courses, offerings, learner assignments, and setting up learning security and approvals;

  • Experience with learning content integration, including third-party content providers and content standards such as SCORM;

  • Experience with at least 1 Oracle Redwood Learning implementation, including Visual Builder Studio customization;

  • Strong understanding of learning and development and compliance training processes, such as mandatory training, certifications, recurring assignments, audience rules, eligibility rules, and learner completion tracking;

  • Self-motivated and able to plan work effort, manage priorities, and work effectively in a remote model with clients and peers;

  • Demonstrated ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Extra edge

  • Current Oracle Cloud HCM certification in Learning;
