About the role

Overview

Lead cross-functional programs across OCI, with a central mandate to drive end-to-end GPU repair and optimize fleet availability. Establish the program operating model, define meaningful KPIs, align software, data center, and supply-chain execution, and provide executive visibility into decisions and blockers.

Why OCI

At OCI, you’ll build a new leadership role from the ground up, shaping how we restore GPU capacity and improve fleet availability. You’ll define the foundational metrics and KPIs, create the programs and operating cadences that drive results, and give executive leadership clear visibility into challenges and decisions that need their attention. With the opportunity to build a team and unite software, data center, and supply-chain partners, you’ll turn operational improvements into customer-serving capacity—with the potential for substantial impact on revenue and margins.

 Responsibilities

•    Own the GPU repair program from issue identification through validated return to service, coordinating delivery by functional experts.
•    Lead multiple programs across OCI’s Core Infrastructure organization and establish priorities, dependencies, accountable owners, and outcome reviews.
•    Define baseline repair and availability KPIs, including cycle time, backlog age, repeat failures, restored capacity, and repair cost; agree targets with stakeholders.
•    Drive accountability across software platforms, Data Center Operations, and delivery/supply chains.
•    Establish working cadences and executive reviews that turn blockers into clear decisions and follow-through.
•    Partner with finance and business leaders to validate revenue and margin implications of improved availability.
•    Build and lead a small team; coach program leaders and allocate responsibilities as organizational scope evolves.

Qualifications

•    Strong experience leading multiple complex, cross-functional programs at organizational scale.
•    Leadership maturity appropriate to VP level, including strategic judgment, executive communication, and ownership through ambiguity.
•    Experience building or leading a team and developing program leadership capability.
•    Ability to create operational metrics, verify data quality, and use evidence to improve delivery.
•    Ability to influence technical, operations, and supply-chain partners without relying solely on reporting authority.
•    Cloud experience is not required. Transferable experience in service operations, hardware repair, infrastructure, or supply-chain programs may be useful.
