The Information Technology group delivers secure, reliable technology solutions that enable DTCC to be the trusted infrastructure of the global capital markets. The Impact You Will Have in This Role

Lead the analysis, integration, implementation, and support of enterprise technology solutions and business-critical systems. Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate system capabilities, support solution design, and coordinate delivery activities. Provide leadership across complex technology initiatives involving enterprise applications, system integrations, identity and access management solutions, and process modernization efforts while ensuring systems meet functional, operational, security, and performance requirements.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis and support of enterprise applications, system integrations, and technology platforms.
• Analyze business, functional, and technical requirements and translate them into detailed system specifications and implementation requirements.
• Evaluate existing systems and recommend enhancements to improve performance, security, reliability, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
• Support solution design activities by collaborating with engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and business teams.
• Lead and coordinate system integration efforts involving APIs, databases, Identity and Access Management (IAM) platforms, and third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain business process models, workflow diagrams, system documentation, and technical artifacts.
• Perform systems analysis to identify gaps, dependencies, risks, and opportunities for process improvements.
• Support authentication, identity verification, MFA, passwordless authentication, and security-related technology initiatives.
• Assist in troubleshooting system issues, validating fixes, and supporting root-cause analysis activities.
• Utilize monitoring and reporting tools to support system health, performance analysis, and operational oversight.
• Collaborate with QA, development, and support teams to ensure successful testing, deployment, and implementation of technology solutions.
• Support system modernization and digital transformation initiatives across enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Any Engineering field (Mechanical, IT, CS), Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience supporting enterprise technology platforms, systems integration, business systems analysis, application implementation, or related technology roles.
• Experience gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications, system enhancements, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Experience working throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), authentication technologies, APIs, databases, enterprise applications, and system integrations.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and technology teams and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience supporting Identity & Access Management (IAM), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Passwordless Authentication, Identity Verification, or cybersecurity initiatives.
• Experience with Power BI, JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow, SharePoint, SQL, Dynatrace, and reporting/dashboard tools.
• Experience with enterprise application integrations, digital transformation, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working within banking, financial services, risk, compliance, or regulatory environments.

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
