ANA is headquartered in Henderson, Nevada with locations in Cypress, California and Spartanburg, South Carolina. ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our growing team in an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada.

As a Business Systems Analyst, you will own the day-to-day configuration, support, and continuous improvement of ANA’s finance-related systems within our ERP platform (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central), and provide Salesforce configuration and reporting support for finance-related data. You will partner closely with Finance stakeholders and the Business Applications & Development team to keep GL, AP/AR, costing, and financial reporting structures accurate, and to ensure Business Central and Salesforce exchange finance data cleanly.

This role is scoped to executing and supporting system configuration, security, integrations, and reporting for finance systems. It does not own enterprise process design, cross-departmental governance, or process architecture - those responsibilities sit with the Director of Enterprise Process Transformation. The Business Systems Analyst implements and supports approved processes within the systems, rather than defining process architecture across departments.

The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. This role reports to Business Applications & Support Desk Manager.

Role & Responsibilities:

Finance Systems Configuration & Support:

• Financial Module Configuration: Configure and maintain Business Central financial modules — GL posting groups, dimensions/department codes, costing methods, and financial reporting structures — to align with Finance’s operational needs.
• Close-Cycle Support: Partner with Finance on month-end/quarter-end system processes (batch jobs, reconciliations, journal automation), troubleshooting and resolving issues as they arise.
• Financial Reporting: Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and data extracts (Power BI, Jet Reports, or native Business Central reporting) that give Finance accurate, timely visibility into GL, AP/AR, and costing data.
• System Reconciliation: Perform system-level reconciliation between Business Central financial data and integrated systems, identifying and resolving discrepancies.

Salesforce & CRM Support:

• Salesforce Configuration: Configure and support Salesforce fields, workflows, page layouts, and reports relevant to finance and order-to-cash data.
• Cross-System Data Integrity: Maintain data integrity between Salesforce and Business Central for finance-relevant data exchange (e.g., invoicing, order data).
• Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot Salesforce configuration issues and coordinate with the Applications Administrator on system-level fixes.

ERP/CRM Security & Data Management:

• Security Administration: Develop and maintain security policies, permission sets, roles, and profiles for finance-related modules across Business Central and Salesforce.
• Data Migration & Integration: Manage data migration, integration, and transformation processes for finance data, coordinating with other business teams to ensure data requirements are met.
• Data Integrity: Ensure data integrity and security within the finance-related portions of the business applications suite.

Systems Support & Continuous Improvement:

• Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for finance-related system issues, escalating to vendors or the IT development team as needed.
• Testing & Training: Conduct user acceptance testing and end-user training for finance system changes and enhancements.
• Documentation: Develop and maintain SOPs and technical documentation for finance system configurations and processes.
• System Health Monitoring: Proactively monitor data quality, integration health, and reporting accuracy within finance systems, flagging issues before they affect the business.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay current on Business Central, Salesforce, and Power Platform capabilities relevant to finance systems, recommending technical enhancements as the business scales.
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 3–5+ years of finance systems experience (GL, AP/AR, costing, financial reporting) within an ERP environment
• 3–5+ years of technical experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system (configuration, workflow, security)
• 1–3+ years of technical experience with Salesforce (configuration, security, reporting)
• Experience with reporting/BI tools such as Power BI, Jet Reports, or SSRS
• 2+ years’ experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience developing and maintaining ERP/CRM security groups, permission sets, and policies
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) a plus
• Strong stakeholder communication and requirements-gathering skills within finance systems scope
• Preferred certifications: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification; Salesforce Administrator certification
