Autonomous Vehicle Shift Supervisor

VEHICLE OPERATOR SHIFT SUPERVISOR – $36/HR

Location: Houston, TX
Pay: $36 Per Hour
Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite
Job Type: Contract     Call 269-408-6738 7 AM to 7 PM daily

Available Shifts:

• Morning: 6:45 AM – 3:15 PM

• Evening: 3:45 PM – 12:15 AM

• Work Tuesday–Saturday, Sunday–Thursday, or Friday–Tuesday.

Job Duties:

• Supervise a team of autonomous vehicle operators.

• Help with daily vehicle testing and operations.

• Make sure employees follow safety procedures.

• Train, coach, and support team members.

• Manage schedules and daily assignments.

• Monitor employee performance.

• Report vehicle or technical issues.

• Work alongside operators when needed.

Requirements:

• At least 12 months of autonomous vehicle operator experience.

• Excellent driving record.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Good problem-solving abilities.

• Comfortable working with vehicle technology.

• Previous supervisor or team lead experience preferred.
