Controller – Metro Atlanta, GA 

Who:
A fast-growing consumer products company is looking for a hands-on Controller to lead accounting operations, build a strong team, and bring structure as the business scales.

You'll own the accounting function from start to finish. That means timely, accurate financials and mentoring a high-performing team. This is a true roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role.

Where:
Metro Atlanta, GA (some flexibility for the right candidate)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary: Up to $200,000
• Bonus: Up to 20%
• 3 Weeks PTO

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and analysis
• Deliver timely, accurate financial statements in line with GAAP
• Supervise, train, mentor, and develop the accounting team
• Improve processes and build accounting workflows that scale
• Own and optimize the ERP
• Set up and maintain strong internal controls
• Partner with leadership to support business decisions
• Oversee eCommerce accounting, including revenue recognition, inventory, and reconciliation of payment and marketplace data

What We're Looking For:

• A proven Controller, or a strong Accounting Manager ready to step up
• eCommerce, retail, or consumer products experience strongly preferred
• Experience in a growing, mid-sized company
• Hands-on experience with Sage Intacct
• A strong leadership and team development mindset
• Able to work both strategically and tactically
• Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
