Robotic Welder – Hartland, WI

$20–$28/hr | 1st Shift | Monday–Friday | Direct Hire

A well established manufacturing and tooling company is looking for a Robotic Welder to work on custom tooling, fixtures, fabricated components, and metal assemblies. This position offers the opportunity to work with robotic welding equipment while producing quality components for a precision manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
Pay: $20–$28/hr based on experience
Job Type: Direct Hire

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor robotic welding equipment

• Set up and load components for robotic welding

• Weld tooling, fixtures, frames, and fabricated metal components

• Inspect welds and finished assemblies for quality and accuracy

• Adjust welding parameters and equipment as needed

• Perform basic troubleshooting on robotic welding equipment

• Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and work instructions

• Use measuring tools to verify dimensions and finished work

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Qualifications:

• Robotic welding experience preferred

• MIG welding experience

• Experience with tooling, fixtures, fabrication, or custom metalwork is a plus

• Ability to read blueprints and welding drawings

• Familiarity with measuring tools and dimensional inspection

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Manufacturing or fabrication experience preferred
