Iron Worker – Data Center Construction

Location: Southaven, MS
Pay: $21–$31/hour

We are seeking skilled Iron Workers to support the construction and buildout of a large-scale, high-performance data center campus in Southaven, MS. This is a hands-on role working with structural steel, miscellaneous metals, equipment supports, and related infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Erect and install structural steel, beams, columns, and supports
• Install miscellaneous metals and equipment supports
• Bolt, connect, align, and secure structural components
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Use hand tools, power tools, lifts, and rigging equipment
• Work safely at heights and around active construction operations
• Follow all site safety requirements and procedures
• Coordinate with other trades and construction crews

Qualifications

• Previous Iron Worker / Structural Steel experience preferred
• Experience on industrial, commercial, data center, or other large construction projects
• Knowledge of steel erection, rigging, bolting, and structural installation
• Comfortable working at heights and in an active construction environment
• Strong safety awareness and work ethic
• Ability to work as part of a fast-paced construction team
